Am 01.03.1928 wird neben der Spinnerei die Firma Jehn & Hoffmann GmbH gegründet. Bereits bei der Gründung wird die Kurzform "Jeho" genannt.
Die neue Firma stellte chemisch pharmazeutische und kosmetische Produkte her.

um 1934 Die Jehn & Hoffmann GmbH Chemische Fabrik und Drogen-Großhandlung vertreibt Ihre Produkte unter dem Namen Jeho.

1943 wird die Marke Jeho geschützt.
